If eSIM is installed successfully but internet is not working, please enable Data Roaming:

  1. 1 Open Settings
  2. 2 Tap Mobile Data
  3. 3 Select your eSIM plan
  4. 4 Tap Data Roaming β†’ turn it ON
πŸ€– Android - Data Roaming & APN Setup

Make sure Data Roaming is enabled. For Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Georgia you also need to set up manual APN:

APN Setup (Android)

  1. 1 Go to Settings β†’ Connections
  2. 2 Tap Mobile Networks β†’ Access Point Names (APN)
  3. 3 Tap βž• Add
  4. 4 Enter: Name: isp, APN: isp
  5. 5 Leave other fields blank or default
  6. 6 Save and select ISP as active
  7. 7 Restart your phone
APN Settings:
Name: isp
APN: isp
